Donate / 02 · Where the money goes

Forty-eight dollars, itemised.

Every kitchen we reach is costed and audited. The line items below are the actual unit-economics of one Tier-3 stove deployment in 2026, audited by Deloitte under the CCAS Financial Charter.

$32
stove + delivery
Tier-3 unit, manufacture, last-mile delivery to the household.
$10
technician day
Certified technician, installation, household training, follow-up scheduling.
$6
six-month follow-up
Two return visits, PM2.5 sampling, fuel-use survey, fault repair.
Donate / 03 · Why this works

Direct delivery beats logo-stamped pallets.

Stoves arrive at the kitchen, not at a warehouse. A trained technician installs each one and books the follow-up before they leave. Six months later, somebody is back in that kitchen with a sensor and a checklist. That is what makes a stove last beyond the launch ribbon.
