One table, four times a year.
The Partners working group runs the Quarterly Donor Forum, the humanitarian-integration desk for IDP-camp deployments, and Somalia's seat at the East African Community and IGAD clean-cooking working groups. It is the pillar where pledges become signed commitments, where donor competition becomes donor coordination, and where Somalia speaks with a single voice in regional networks.
Donor coordination is infrastructure, not goodwill.
A country with twelve uncoordinated donor strategies looks confusing from Geneva and looks worse from a kitchen in Lower Juba. The Partners pillar exists because a national clean-cooking transition needs one shared agenda that donors fund into — rather than twelve overlapping pilots, each well-meaning, each unable to scale.
The agenda is published.
Donor Forum Q2 lands 2026 · 06 · 14 in Mogadishu. Year-end Q4 forum opens pledges for 2027. In parallel: humanitarian-integration desk continues stove deployment in IDP camps with OCHA and Norwegian Refugee Council, and the EAC delegation prepares CCAS positions for the regional summit in November.
